Digital service only
Bhakti Saran supplies digital app features and permitted access to devotional media. No physical goods are sold or shipped. There is no shipping fee or delivery-address requirement for digital access. Billing state or other billing details may be requested when needed for a purchase.
Current availability
New paid memberships are currently unavailable. The app's basic features can be explored without subscribing. The following describes delivery when paid purchases are offered; it does not authorise or invite a payment now.
How Premium is delivered
Sign in to your own Bhakti Saran account before purchase. After the provider confirms a successful payment and our server verifies it, Premium is activated on that account for the verified period. Activation normally appears after successful verification and an access refresh; network or provider delays can extend this. A pending payment, failed payment or mandate approval alone does not confirm delivered paid access.
If access is missing
Return to the same account and refresh the Premium screen. For Google Play purchases, use Restore purchase with the purchasing Google account. If access is still missing, contact adburnertechnology@gmail.com with the account email, provider, reference, date and amount. Do not pay again to resolve delayed activation. If we cannot deliver verified paid access, request a remedy under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Downloads and content availability
Supported downloads and exports need a compatible app version, a working internet connection when verification or fetching is required, sufficient storage, and any relevant device permission. Content may be corrected, replaced or removed for rights or technical reasons. A subscription includes currently available benefits, not a promise of future content or features. Item-specific rights and download/share permissions apply. Purchasing access does not transfer copyright or grant commercial reuse rights.
Access after expiry or cancellation
New Premium downloads and exports require active, verified access. Cancellation normally preserves the remaining paid period. Refunds or revoked payments may end access earlier. Files already exported outside the app are not automatically deleted when Premium ends; their permitted use remains subject to the relevant content rights. Deleting an app account and cancelling a subscription are separate actions; read the applicable instructions before proceeding.
