Good to know
A little clarity, before you begin.
A few answers about the app, memberships and getting help.
Contact supportCan I use the app without Premium?
Yes. Basic devotional features and previews are free and may include ads. Supported media downloads, photo/video exports and final sharing with all available frames require active Premium.
Can I buy a membership right now?
New paid memberships are currently unavailable. The prices shown describe the planned plans. When available, confirm a purchase only after checking the offer, eligibility and renewal date in the app.
What happens after the ₹1 introduction?
When available, eligible new Razorpay subscribers can pay ₹1 for 2 days. The selected plan then renews at ₹199/month or ₹1,999/year until cancelled. This is a paid introduction, not a free trial. It does not apply to Google Play purchases.
How do I cancel automatic renewal?
For a Razorpay purchase, use Premium → Manage or cancel subscription → Cancel AutoPay in the app. For Google Play, cancel in Play Store subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. See all cancellation options.
Paid, but Premium has not appeared?
Return to the same Bhakti Saran account and refresh access. For Google Play, use Restore purchase. Do not pay again; contact support with your payment reference.
Is this a donation or temple-booking service?
No. Bhakti Saran provides digital devotional content and app features. This service does not sell donations, temple bookings or ceremonies performed by a priest.
